We open autumn/winter 2026 at Atlantic Pavilion on the Albert Dock. Specialty coffee and a proper brunch through the day, cocktails and music by night, and a room dressed head to toe in flowers.
We open at eight. Specialty coffee from a local roaster and a calm, light-filled room. Window stools for the laptop crowd, banquettes for slow mornings.
The main event. A short brunch menu the kitchen is finishing now, with a bottomless package at the heart of it. Proper plates, no fuss, and the full menu published before we open.
Coffee carries on as the cocktail menu comes forward, and the kitchen keeps serving through the afternoon. The lights begin to soften.
Pools of amber light, trailing greenery and a cocktail list that runs from bright to spirit-forward. Weekend DJs play from a discreet booth: nu-disco, soulful house and jazz-leaning electronic.
Bottomless brunch is coming with us. The menu and the package are being written now, and the sign-up list gets the details, the price and first booking before anyone else.
