The Hartley is a party venue at Atlantic Pavilion on the Royal Albert Dock, Liverpool, opening autumn/winter 2026. Birthdays, hen dos and celebrations take the downstairs vault or the full venue on exclusive use, on a minimum spend that everything your group eats and drinks counts towards. Planned hours run to 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, and enquiries are open now.
A rotating list of eight to ten signature cocktails, large-format jugs for the table and a proper low and no list. Weekend DJs play nu-disco, soulful house and jazz-leaning electronic from a discreet booth while the lights drop.
Start with bottomless brunch, carry on through the afternoon and finish on the dance floor. One room, the whole day.

Smaller parties take the downstairs vault: brick arches, low light and its own corner of the bar. Big ones take the full venue on exclusive use, with the courtyard thrown in when the weather plays along.

We work on a minimum spend rather than a hire fee. We agree a level for your date and everything your group eats and drinks counts towards it. The level depends on the space, the day of the week and the time of year.
The downstairs vault for smaller parties, or the full venue on exclusive use for big ones. We set the lighting and the room to suit the night.
Planned hours run to 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, 11pm most weeknights and 10pm on Sundays. We will be straight with you about what your date allows when you enquire.
Yes. Bottomless brunch is confirmed and built for hen dos, and it stretches into an afternoon and evening in the vault very naturally. The package details are being finalised; tell us the shape of the day you want and we will take it from there.
